Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons and promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
Gift Orders: Select "Make this a gift" at checkout to include a personalized gift message and elegant gift packaging at no additional charge.

Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our promise. If a Mon Trésor piece does not bring you joy, we will make it right.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Gift items may be returned for store credit or exchanged.
- Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at care@montresor.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders. For international returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original for a refund. This ensures the fastest delivery of your new piece.

If your product arrives damaged or is not working, you can return it within 7 days after delivery, or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is untraceable. For orders shipped to Brazil or Russia, the return period is 40 days after shipment. You will receive an email with shipment details once your order is dispatched. Some products may have specific policies.
We will reimburse return shipping fees after the defective item arrives at our warehouse. Any additional costs during the return process are at the customer’s expense.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and charges.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives broken. High-value items may require a return with all original accessories. Missing accessories will incur additional charges. Return shipping fees are fully covered by us.
Please provide the following proofs for defective items:
- Photos of the package front and back
- Partial shipment slips (if applicable)
- Photo or video of the defective item
- Detailed description of the problem
Within 90 days of shipment: Free refund or replacement. Return shipping fee reimbursement is 35% of the item price, maximum $40.
90–180 days of shipment: Free repair or replacement. Two-way shipping fees are covered by us.
After 180 days: Refunds or replacements are no longer accepted.
Contact us and provide photos/videos of the incorrect item. Logo or packaging differences due to batch updates are not covered. Return in original condition for free replacement and shipping reimbursement.
Return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement (shipping fees excluded). Customer covers two-way shipping if the return is not our error.
Contact customer service before returning any item to get the return address and instructions.

- Provide return tracking number and shipping receipt after mailing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refuse broken or open packages upon delivery
- Avoid express services (DHL/UPS/TNT) for returns to prevent high duties

Application Process
To apply for a wholesale account, please complete the wholesale application form and provide your business license, resale certificate, and two trade references. Our team will review your application within 5-7 business days.
Minimum Order Requirements
- Initial order minimum: $1,500 USD
- Reorder minimum: $800 USD
- Minimum per style: 6 units (may mix sizes)
Pricing & Payment
Wholesale pricing is available upon approval. We accept payment via bank transfer or credit card. Net 30 terms may be available for established partners with satisfactory credit references.
Shipping & Lead Times
Wholesale orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days from order confirmation. Lead times may vary during peak seasons. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order weight.
Return Policy
Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept returns for customer remorse. Exchanges for sizing issues are considered on a case-by-case basis.
